J. Garfield MacVeigh, B.Sc. President, CEO & Director

Garfield MacVeigh received his B.Sc. (Hons) First Class in geology from Queen’s University at Kingston in 1972 and has 45 years’ experience in gold and base metal exploration in Canada, U.S.A. and Central America. He participated in the discovery of the Hoyle Pond gold mine by Texasgulf in Timmins, Ontario (now operated by Goldcorp) and contributed to the exploration and discovery of the HW deposit and several new zones at Westmin Resources’ Buttle Lake massive sulphide mine on Vancouver Island, British Columbia (now owned by Nyrstar).

Mr. MacVeigh was a founding member, past President & CEO and Chairman of the Board of Rubicon Minerals Corporation from 1996 to 2006. Prior to 1995, Mr. MacVeigh spent 12 years with Texas Gulf and Falconbridge (now Glencore), 7 years with Westmin Resources and 5 years with Lac Minerals (now Barrick). Mr. MacVeigh has been President and CEO of Constantine Metal Resources Ltd. since its formation in 2006.

Aris Morfopoulos, B.Comm. (Hons.) Chief Financial Officer

Aris Morfopoulos is an executive and accountant with over 30 years’ corporate management experience. He has worked as a CFO, as senior management and as a director of several junior resource companies based in British Columbia since 1994. He has significant experience in the areas of international corporate structuring and business. In addition to his work for public junior resource companies, he also provides corporate and M & A advisory services in other industry sectors (e.g. high tech and medical). He has been the CFO of Constantine since its inception in 2006.

Ian Cunningham-Dunlop, B.Sc., P.Geo Vice President, Advanced Projects

Ian Cunningham-Dunlop is a seasoned mining executive and professional engineer with more than 35 years’ experience in domestic/international mineral exploration and project development. His experience includes the Castle Mountain gold project in California (NewCastle Gold), the Karma gold mine in Burkina Faso (True Gold Mining), and the Long Canyon gold mine in Nevada (Fronteer Gold).

Mr. Cunningham-Dunlop also led the surface exploration team at the Eskay Creek Au-Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn mine in BC (Homestake Mining/Barrick Gold) from 1997-2003 giving him a strong understanding of volcanic massive sulphide systems similar in style and age to Constantine’s flagship Palmer deposit. He was awarded the BC & Yukon Chamber of Mines E.A. Scholz Award in October 2003 for “Outstanding Contribution to a Mining Development Project in B.C. and the Yukon”. Mr. Cunningham-Dunlop holds a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Queen’s University.

Liz Cornejo, B.Sc., M.Sc Vice President, Community & External Affairs

Liz Cornejo has more than 10 years’ experience in the mineral exploration industry, including project management and external affairs for both US and Canadian projects. She has worked extensively in permitting and local community engagement, including building important relationships with Ontario First Nations and with Alaska Native communities.

Ms. Cornejo holds a M.Sc. in Earth Science from Carleton University, and has worked for Constantine Metals since 2009 in various technical and corporate capacities. She is passionate about demonstrating that mineral exploration and mining may be done responsibly and for the benefit of local communities.
