$550,000 FLOW-THROUGH FINANCING CLOSED

White Rock, B.C. – Constantine Metal Resources Ltd. (TSX Venture- CEM) ("Constantine" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its non-brokered flow-through private placement of 1,100,000 common shares at a price of $0.50 per share for gross proceeds of $550,000 has closed. The shares are subject to a four-month plus one-day hold period from December 20, 2007 in accordance with applicable securities laws.

The proceeds from the sale of the flow-through shares will be used to fund exploration work on the Company's Munro-Croesus Gold property in Ontario.
